Contact form: name, email, optional interest, and message when you use Send a note.
Analytics: usage data via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (cookies and similar tech).
Email: if you email us at hello@blankcanvasstudio.uk, we keep that correspondence.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, improve the site, and understand how people find our work. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

Contact and email: legitimate interest and/or steps at your request before a contract. Analytics: consent where required by your browser settings and our cookie banner (if shown).

How long we keep data

Enquiries long enough to follow up and run the business, then deleted or anonymised unless we need records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact hello@blankcanvasstudio.uk. You may complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we handle data.

Processors

We use hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and Google for analytics. They process data on our instructions.
