Common questions

How much does a project cost?

It depends how much filming and edit you need, but most projects start in one of these shapes.

Quick Carry is £1,950: a call to plan it, one day on site, and two finished videos.

Full Carry starts from £5,000 when you want more days of capture and a clear plan for where the films should live. Retainers start from £1,800 a month if you'd like a steady run of work.

If you're not sure which fits, see our packages or book a call and we'll talk it through without any pressure.

What's included, and how many changes do we get?

Planning, filming, edit, and the file versions we agree up front are all included in the package you pick.

We work from your Identity Brief so everyone knows what we're aiming for. If the finished film doesn't match that brief, we revise it until it does, at no extra cost.

If you want to change direction after we've agreed the brief, we'll talk about what that means before we spend more time in the edit.

Do we need a script for a customer film?

Usually not, and that's fine.

We use short talking points instead of a full script, listen for the lines that land, and shape the story in the edit.

If you need set wording for ads or compliance, we can work that out on a call so people still sound like themselves on the day.

What if our team freezes on camera?

It's normal. Most people feel nervous in front of a camera, and we expect that.

We take our time on the day. Everyone gets space to warm up, pause, or try again, and we only use the clips that sound like them.

We focus on keeping it as natural as possible so the film feels genuine. You don't need to perform. Don't worry, we'll get what we need without rushing anyone involved.

Why start with a call before we film?

Every film should know what it's for: who it's speaking to, where it will be seen, and what you want someone to feel or do after they watch it.

That first call is where we figure that out with you. You leave with a one-page Identity Brief we can both point at.

Filming and edit follow that page, so we're not guessing on the day or copying a look that belongs to someone else's brand. When you're ready, start on the contact page.

How long until we see a first cut?

We'll agree timing on the call once we know your shoot day, how many people are on camera, and when you need files live.

You'll get a first-cut date in writing before we book anything in.

If you're up against a deadline, tell us early and we'll see what's realistic. We'd rather be honest up front than promise something we can't keep.

Still have a question?

Book a call and we'll help you shape an Identity Brief. If you'd rather start with a short note, use Send a note or email from the contact page.
