We didn't want another testimonial where someone sits in front of a camera and repeats what a brand wants people to hear. We wanted to hear it from someone who'd actually used Serve First. So we filmed a real customer at The Sushi Co and let their experience do the talking. No lines to learn, no script to stick to.

We started with a simple challenge: could you sell these headphones without sound, dialogue or someone telling you why they're worth buying? We stripped it back to the product itself. The matte black finish, the light catching the earcups, the shape against the frame.
